Montevallo Pedestrian Promenade -

Linking the University of Montevallo to the Historic Downtown and Orr Park, the Promenade is a redevelopment of three blocks in Historic Montevallo.
With the addition of a 12’ sidewalk, pedestrian lighting, landscaping, and amenities, the Promenade provides a safe, efficient, and accessible route connecting three major destinations.
Fultondale Redevelopment
Following the devastation of the April 27th of 2011 tornadoes that ravaged the state of Alabama, the city commissioned Kelly LA to develop a commercial Mixed-Use Development for the area of town hit the hardest. This was done quickly in order to have a plan in place to move forward with both reclaiming this once residential neighborhood and creating a “Live-work and retail district in Fultondale with significant green/ open space integrated for quality of life.
